Fit 4 Life Plan Kit Oct 01, 2009
This is a wonderful plan kit. It includes two copies of a facilitator's guide four videotapes (two on nutrition; two on fitness), promotional training video, a Nutrition Starter Kit with a cookbook, lunch bag, and accountability journal with a three-ring binder, a Fitness Starter kit with a fitness bag, workout video, and accountability journal. I am disappointed that this is no longer in stock. Kit focuses on a wellness concept that is consistent with Mark 12:30-31--to "love the Lord with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength." A holistic appproach focuses on wellness of the whole person--emotional, spiritually, mentally, and physically. It teaches the secret to good health is disciple within a spiritual perspective of upreach (our relationship with God), outreach (our caring for others), and inreach (our caring for ourselves). I am planning a Bible study with this plan kit. Twelve weeks focus on nutritional wellness; another twelve weeks focuses on fitness.
